The world is facing major challenges in fields like energy, climate, health, safety, sustainability, mobility and communication. New technological concepts are needed to deal with these challenges. Industry, knowledge institutions and government are working together via regional and thematic networks to realize these concepts. TU/e has considered its future direction which resulted in TU/e 2020 Strategic Plan.
Focus Strategic Plan:
- Differentiation in education through multidisciplinary Bachelor Programs and University College Eindhoven.
- Strengthening of research in Strategic Areas around key societal issues: Energy, Health, Smart Mobility.
