Eindhoven University of Technology lies at the center of Brainport Eindhoven, the technological heart of the Netherlands, the location of the High Tech Campus, the creative incubator Strijp-S and the Automotive Campus.

The TU/e campus is first and foremost a university campus but it also houses many other parties. The university wants to make this more visible and offer more space for others. This means more openness to the city, a compact, contemporary green campus, more opportunities for entrepreneurs, a better place for applied scientific studies and more space to accommodate students.

Science Park has five zones:

• The residential and conference zone
• The Fontys zone
• The business zone
