08. I applied for a TU/e Bachelor’s degree program in Studielink some time ago, but I have not received any messages from the program. What should I do?

Typically, communication about the Study Choice Check starts in February or March. If you have not been contacted by then, or within two weeks after applying through Studielink in April, please contact the International Office (ESA@tue.nl, phone 247 47 47).

It is important that you respond promptly to requests that the TU/e sends to the email address with which you registered in Studielink. This includes requests to register for one of the Study Choice Check days of the program(s) for which you applied, and requests to complete the Study Choice Check questionnaire.

Therefore it is very important that you include tue.nl in your safe senders list and regularly check your inbox (and spam folders) for email from the TU/e. If you do not respond to these messages or reminder messages, you will not be able to take part in the Study Choice Check and lose your right to admission. You must respond within two weeks of a second reminder to be able to continue the procedure.
