Master Innovation Management

After graduation

Throughout Brainport and internationally, there is a high demand for graduates who can fulfill innovation roles in large (multinational) companies, SMEs, start-ups and consultancies and lead change in our cities and the public sector. This means graduates who understand how to combine high tech, innovation and sustainability to shape our futures. You could have a successful career as an innovation manager or consultant, a business developer or an analyst. You may join the R&D department of a company to optimize their processes towards sustainability and innovation or you could join or fund a start-up that develops innovative technologies. Innovation Management master’s graduates also go on to do PhDs and build research careers both inside and outside of academia.

Our graduates work, for example, at the Brabant Development Agency that supports high-tech and sustainability start-ups, at deep-tech venture funds, as senior consultants at energy and mobility consultancy firms and as the CEO of a battery pack scale-up. They have also joined multinational companies like Philips, Canon, ASML, Vanderlande, VDL, Unilever and DSM. These are just a few examples. As a graduate, you will be well prepared for a broad range of positions and careers.
