TU Eindhoven is launching a new, advanced Master program on Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DS&AI) starting in September 2021. For this reason the track Data Science in Engineering will no longer be offered to new students from September 2021. All students already following this track will be able to continue and complete their studies of the DSiE track within a typical time (in case of very long study delays, special arrangements will be made).

Students interested in a Master degree in Data Science can apply for the new Master Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. The Master DS&AI is an extension and broadening of the master’s track DSiE. It is currently the only Master’s program in the Netherlands in which advanced techniques and methods in the field of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence are combined.

Please note

Students who enrolled/enroll before September 2021: current admission to the track DSiE does not automatically give you admission to the Master DS&AI, as the Master DS&AI has more specific admission requirements. So, if you are interested in the Master DS&AI, we advise you to register for that program, so you will be informed as soon as possible if you are eligible. See the program website for the DS&AI admission requirements.

Non-TU/e students who applied for admission to DSiE after October 2020 and completed their application by submitting all required documents will automatically be switched to DS&AI (you will be informed during the admission process, the application criteria for DSiE were formulated to give you admission to DS&AI).
