During my bachelor’s degree program, I got interested in embedded and security, so now I’m enjoying going into more depth about those topics. The field is very broad and there is always more to learn. I’m enjoying the group projects: they’re excellent puzzles to help you wrap your head around concepts and try out automated methods, while making the computer do the hard work.

TU/e is almost perfect. Excellent location, easy to get to by train or bike. The university is very open, and professors always want to help. You get a lot of freedom and there are a lot of possibilities. Study associations are great for getting to know companies. Right now, I have a part-time programming job. After graduation, I think I’ll want to start my career. But if the right PhD project comes along, who knows?
