Is the Introweek mandatory?

I can only join the Intro for a couple of days. Is that a problem?

This is not a problem. However, it is a pity to miss a part of the introduction since it is an easy and fun way to get to know the TU/e and Eindhoven. If you decide to join and can not partake every day, let us know by sending an e-mail to intro@tue.nl with the days/times you can join and which study you are going to do. Do not forget to tell your intro parents (the students who will accompany you during the week) during the introductionweek. The participation fee will still be € 105,- regardless of the number of days you partake.

I missed the deadline of August 7th to register for the introductionweek. Can I still register for the introductionweek?

Yes, you can. Send an e-mal to intro@tue.nl before August 17th. Then you will receive your payment information. When this does not work out, you can visit the ESA-desk (located in MetaForum) on monday the 20th of August to register (check late enrollments).

Yes, you will need to have a place to sleep. You can check out www.crashplace.nl for student houses where you can stay during the introduction week.

If none of this works you can sleep at the sports center (SSC) as a last option. Sleeping in the sports center costs €40, which has to be paid at the front desk of the sports center. If you want to sleep at the sports center you can only register on Monday August 21 from 16:00 – 18:00. Furthermore, the sleeping place in the sports center is only open between 23:00 and 08:00.
