What are the conditions for courses (exchange), internships and (graduate) research projects abroad?

As of the academic year 2022/2023 you may again go abroad for courses, internships and (thesis) research projects. However, there are still conditions. Travel to countries with the color code red is not allowed. Travel to countries with the color code green, yellow and in some cases orange is allowed.
