Financial aid

For the financial consequences of the war, an emergency support fund has been set up to provide for the basic needs of students with Ukrainian or (Belarusian) Russian (dual) nationality who now need support with this. If you do not belong to this group, but are in need of financial support as a result of the war in Ukraine, we ask you to contact us as well.
If you want to use the emergency support fund, please contact your academic advisor or student counselor. This also applies if you can no longer pay your tuition fees or room rent due to this situation. The academic advisor or student counselor will refer you to the appropriate persons for help.

Support is also available for employees who find themselves in financial difficulties as a result of the war. The route for this is different, however. Your HR advisor is your first point of contact. We then look at what customization is necessary and possible.

University Fund Eindhoven
The University Fund Eindhoven is making €100,000, - available. Together with Ukrainian students and scientists we are looking at how this amount can best be spent. If you have ideas or proposals on how to best employ the Ukraine Fund, feel free to contact Pavlo Burda (p.burda@tue.nl) to collectively join the consultations with the University Fund Eindhoven.

Postponement of collection of tuition fees
Are you unable to pay your tuition due to the war in Ukraine? In that case, the collection of your tuition fees will be postponed until a time to be determined.
