The artist Bert Moors (Budel, 1981) contacts the Art Commission on his own initiative. This results in a project named the 'Counter cart' that is on display for some months in 2009 at several TU/e departments and supporting services. At each location he tries out a new way to come into contact with the public. It is an interactive and not object-oriented art form. Moors focuses on the process, intending to make the public aware of art and to let them experience it. For example, he builds a large installation in the entrance to the Architectural Sciences building, and near the Sports Center people can enter into conversations with him after which he makes them their personal work of art. An act is performed on the steps near the Auditorium about a doll and a toppled-over cart.
