Kiosk by Piet Hein Eek

Kiosk by Piet Hein Eek

In 2006 Piet Hein Eek designed a kiosk for the Cheops student association of the department of the Built Environment. Students used it to sell textbooks and papers which Cheops offered.

When floor 1 of Vertigo was refurbished the kiosk stood in the way. For some years it stood in the entrance to the La Place building where all kinds of publications and information materials were laid into it. .In view of the current redevelopment of the La Place building it has now been moved - in a downsized form - to floor 5 of Vertigo, where it has been given a new purpose.
