The 'Tagged' project, organized by the Meulensteen Foundation, Grafisch Atelier Daglicht and TU/e, is held from 18 May - 17 June 2011 on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of Grafisch Atelier Daglicht being located in the Meulensteen Art Center. Selected street artists are invited and challenged to translate and further develop their ideas. This may be done in public space as well as inside the workshop of Grafisch Atelier Daglicht, and artists may opt for either large-size paper or graffiti.
Results are displayed on the wall of the shed near Grafisch Atelier Daglicht, and large-format screen printings are also acquired by TU/e. These may be seen in the Gemini bulding. There also is the large wall worked on by street artists, where they connect research and technology to their world of artistic experience, active as they are on the borders between street art and graphic design.
These are the participating artists:
Booyabase (Tamme de Boer & Remko Koopman)
Erosie (Jeroen Heeman)
Graphic Surgery (Erris Huijgens & Gysbert Zijlstra)
Too Late (Johan Moorman)
