Description
Apparatus to study the velocity profile of the flow in a cerebral aneurysm using an in vitro model. An aneurysm is the local dilatation of an artery.
Specifications
- Aneurysm is adjustable across two rotations in respect of the fixed world.
- Grid, to align the cameras, can be adjusted within 0.01 mm over 5 mm, parallel to the surface to be measured.
- The in vitro model can be repositioned with a fraction of a pixel.
- Whole aneurysm holder has a thermal center in the heart of the aneurysm.
