Real Estate (RE) is one of the central services of TU/e and is responsible for the entire real estate development, park management and the 75 hectares of the TU/e Campus grounds. For TU/e, Real Estate caters for the project management and management of all buildings, installations and infrastructure of the compact campus.
Real Estate acts as advisor to the Executive Board, the departments and housing services. For housing projects a customer/supplier relationship exists. Real Estate has some 96 employees.
