Fade like Flowers…
Paintings age and degrade over time. The Van Gogh paintings are over a 100 years old and shows signs of degradation, which needs careful maintenance to preserve its heritage.
Anup Vasu Padaki is pursuing Engineering Doctorate in Mechatronics System Design, at the department of Mathematics and Computer Science. His research is titled “Algorithms Development for Monitoring of Paintings Degradation” is in collaboration with ASML and the Van Gogh Museum.
