Acro yoga is a cocktail of yoga, acrobatics and fun. The practice involves usually 2 or 3 people which explore different balancing techniques.

About us

To begin with, as the name “acro yoga” suggests certain level of yoga in reality the focus is more on the acrobatic part rather than the yoga aspect. If you are not open for physical adventures and challenges, then this is simply not for you. Your level of experience is irrelevant, everyone is welcome.
