About us

Annually many TU/e students graduate and enter the labour market. Mostly they become a researcher or they get a job at a company. But more and more they found their own company. To be innovative, society needs more entrepreneurs and also employees with an entrepreneurial attitude. This requires a different skill- and mindset. Therefore, TU/e Innovation Lab co-established the student incubator STARTUP/eindhoven. Because at TU/e the huge potential of entrepreneurial students is being recognized. At TU/e, student entrepreneurship receives all the support possible, enthusiastically coordinated by the incubator. STARTUP/eindhoven aims to stimulate and support students who want to be entrepreneurial.

European Venture Programme

The EVP is a strategic partnership between four EuroTech universities: École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Technische Universität München (TUM), Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e).

Per year it offers 20 participants (5 of each university) exclusive access to the entrepreneurship expertise and networking resources available at the four EuroTech Universities. This intensive 12-day program takes entrepreneurs on a journey to all four different ecosystems to enable the startups to grow their business beyond borders, with a European orientation from the very beginning. The programme runs 1 week at the beginning of summer and 1 week at the end of summer.

Incubation Program

Do you have this great idea or technology but no clue where to start to make it a reality? Do you want to know what it takes to be an entrepreneur? Or do you already have a specific plan in place that you want to develop into a business? If so, the incubation program is the place to be! We want to help the next generation of entrepreneurs by giving them the opportunity to create chances and make new connections. Our aim is to build a community which in turn contributes to the Brainport startup ecosystem. The incubation program offers programs in three stages of readiness: FRAME, LOAD, LAUNCH
