Team Polar's vision is to pioneer a zero emission Antarctica.
We want to make research in Antarctica sustainable, autonomous and affordable, in that order.
To this end, we are building a research vehicle under these pillars that will help researchers curb their emissions, perform research in a safer manner and expand the possibilities for research in the fragile ecosystem that is Antarctica.
Our solution is unique because such a vehicle has never been build for Antarctic usage, and competitors are not yet developing it. The only comparison would be the Mars Rover.
