HAN University of Applied Sciences
As Program Manager Applied Research for the Business and Management Faculty of the Han University of Applied Research, I am responsible for projects that stimulate practice based research in close cooperation with the professional field. In our Research Centre Business Development & Co-creation our interest lies in the development of knowledge within the themes: Organisation, Communication and Innovation from a business perspective. This SCRIPTS project enables us to gain knowledge on all three themes with a special focus on co-creation and online interaction (communication).
Els van der Pool is professor in Human Communication Development at the Business and Management Faculty of the Han University of Applied Research. The focus of her researchgroup is on three forms of interaction: interaction with external stakeholders (corporate communication, especially online interaction), with internal stakeholders (internal communication) and interaction from the perspective of a professional (professional communication).
In the Scripts project focusses on corporation and interaction between the different stakeholders (governmental organisations, PT providers and knowledge partners).

Renée van Os is associate professor of applied sciences at the Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN). In her research, Renée focuses on the broad subject ‘online interaction’, specifically social service (webcare) and online communities (platforms). In the SCRIPTS project Renée is interested in the manner in which interactions between PT-operators are taking place (both in online and offline media), and the effect these interactions have on travellers’ satisfaction and the reputation of the PT-operator.
