On arrival and departure

On arrival

Check the information about ‘what to do after arrival’ on the university’s general exchange students web page. There you find the most important steps that you need to take on arrival in order to make your stay more comfortable. Also a map of the campus of the university is available on this website.

Inform the International Office of the Department of Chemical Engineering and Chemistry beforehand about your arrival date, so that you can make an appointment for a short introductory meeting. After arrival you can meet Mrs. Gerda Baas in Helix Building STW 2.39.

When you are going to follow courses, we advise you to arrive a few days before the start of the lectures in order to be able to collect the key of your accommodation, settle down and buy your books.
The study association Japie acts on behalf of the students of Chemical Engineering. You can buy study books for a reduced price at Japie.
