TU/e students may borrow books from the Library if in possession of valid student identity cards. Students may have up to 20 items on loan at one time.
Borrowing books
Students may check books out and in (using student ID card) at the self-service book lending station on floor 1.
Loan period
Books are issued for 4-week periods. The loan period may be extended unless books have been reserved by other users. Renewal is permitted up to three times.
Reminders
After the loan period expires borrowers receive 1st, 2nd and 3rd reminders via e-mail.
Penalties
The Library charges penalties for exceeding loan periods.
