Starting June 7, 2021, normal opening hours are used again:

Monday to Friday from 08.00-23.00 hours
Saturday and Sunday from 10.00-22.00 hours

Customized service
During these opening hours we offer a customized but almost full service.

• The library is only open as a study place for TU/e students.
  Note: Because of Corona measures only 450 study places are available. These study places can only be reserved via BookmySpace (via intranet so VPN connection required).
• Study cells 1/10 and A/H (note: reserve via Outlook)
  Study cells in the library can only be reserved by TU/e students, not by TU/e staff, via Outlook NOT via BookmySpace.
• For external users, materials can be borrowed by making a request in advance by e-mail (details below). For TU/e students and employees self-service is available.

Borrowing/collecting and returning materials
Borrow
To borrow materials from the library, please send an e-mail to Library.Helpdesk@remove-this.tue.nl . Please mention the title, author and place reference (call number). This reference can be found via Library Search.

Pick up
Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email with further instructions on how and where to pick up the materials.

Returning borrowed materials
You can return materials at the self-service desk.
