  • Why am I not successful in creating an account in “(H)eerlijk Parkeren”?

    This can have several causes. Please make sure that you register your date of birth in the correct manner and do not forget the dashes: So: YYYY-MM-DD, for example: 1978-06-05.

    If it is not possible to create an account while filling in your date of birth in the correct way, we will sort out the cause of this problem. If so, please send an e-mail to parking@tue.nl or call 040-247 3054. Mention your name and the number of your campus card and note that you cannot create an account. You will then receive an answer.

  • Why do I get the message that my license number is already registered?

    If you have not previously registered your licence number, but you do have entered the campus with this car, your license number is known in our parking system, but there are no data connected to the car such as your name or campus card number. That is the reason you are getting the message that your licence number is already known. Please send an e-mail to parking@tue.nl or call 040-247 3054 and report this issue. Then your licence number will be removed in our system and you can finally register your license number. If you send an email, please also mention your licence number...
