Joep Stokkermans


Joep Stokkermans holds a Master of Science Degree in Precision Engineering from the Technical University of Delft. With over 20 years of experience in system architecture and mechatronics, he is an allrounder in field of Semiconductor Assembly Equipment and Processes. He started his career as a senior design engineer at Philips Semiconductors, responsible for developments in pick-and place equipment. Continuing as system architect, project leader and team manager he established various breakthrough solutions in equipment and smart manufacturing. Joep is co-author of several papers on automation and simulation of high volume semiconductor manufacturing operations. He is member of the advisory board of the Fontys school of Engineering of Eindhoven, affiliated with the Department of Precision Microsystems Engineering of the TU Delft and the Department of Industrial Engineering & Innovation Sciences of the TU Eindhoven.
