The two-year period is divided into four in-house periods and an on-site period of 12 months. In the description of each module a planning is made for the entire period containing several distinct elements.
The content of these elements is module-dependent. Structure and type of the elements are equivalent for each module. Each module starts with a focused training on a topic that the subsequent project is about, or that is simply dominant. The trainer serves as coach on this topic during the project. Professional and personal development is addressed by separate people in separate sessions and also during the project.
