Doctoral Candidate
Andrea Cremasco
Department
Electrical Engineering

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Andrea Cremasco received his MSc degree (cum laude) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pavia, Italy, in 2014. In 2014 he joined the ABB Corporate Research Center, Switzerland, for his graduation project. From 2015 to 2018 he worked as R&D engineer at ABB Switzerland. In 2018, he joined as a Doctoral Candidate the Electromechanics and Power Electronics (EPE) group, Eindhoven University of Technology.
His current research interests include electromagnetic modelling of magnetic components for solid-state transformers, and charge transport modelling in the insulation of medium-voltage DC applications.
