RESEARCH PROFILE

Anudeep S. S. Karnam is a Doctoral candidate at the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), working on a project titled Reliable Hybrid Intra-Aircraft Data network Architectures (RHIADA) with Sonia Heemstra and Joshi Kishor. His research focuses on providing the reliability, security, and guaranteed low-latency levels needed to support diverse aircraft applications. His areas of interest include 5G new radio (5G NR), ultra-reliable and low latency communications (URLLC), wireless avionics intra-communications (WAIC), and non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) techniques.

The future of wireless technology, which includes remote surgery, simulating the remote presence, and synchronizing the swarm of drones, is remarkable, isn't it; what about developing such tech?!.. Now that's exhilarating.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

Anudeep did his master's at Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology in Gandhinagar, India, specializing in Information and Communication Theory. His master's thesis is on the study of non-orthogonal multiple access techniques. During his master's, he worked as a junior research fellow on a project with the Indian Space and Research Organization (ISRO) for two years. He completed his bachelor's from the National Institute of Technology Calicut, India.
