RESEARCH PROFILE
Clarisse Pétua Bosman Barros is currently a Doctoral Candidate of the Control Systems (CS) Group at the Department of Electrical Engineering - Eindhoven University of technology. She is interested in modeling and control of dynamic systems, with focus on nanopositioning systems and piezoelectric transducers. Her focus is mainly on robust control, high precision systems and nonlinear control. The PhD project work is part of the TU/e-ASML mini Impulse program “Advanced piezo-electric wafer stage for lithography and metrology”.
