Maarten Vlaswinkel is a Doctoral Candidate in the Control Systems Technology (CST) group at the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). His research focuses on heavy-duty Reactivity Controlled Combustion (RCCI) Engines, a new generation of low pollution and efficient engines. His project will focus on adaptive control of these engines to compensate for changes in the environment.
Maarten Vlaswinkel obtained his bachelor’s and master's degree at the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) in 2017 and 2020, respectively. During his master's graduation project, Vlaswinkel focused on adaptively identifying network and system properties for wireless networked control systems. Since April 2020, Vlaswinkel is a Doctoral Candidate in the Control Systems Technology group under the supervision of Frank Willems.
