The graphic art collection
In addition to sculptures, constructions, paintings and other forms of art, the TU/e art collection also boasts an extensive and varied collection of graphic art. This collection comprises some 900 works, made by well-known and less known graphic artists. In general the Graphic Art Committee purchases work by promising as well as established artists. In the middle of the 1960s the Graphic Art Committee made its first purchases and as a whole this collection meanwhile presents a fine survey of developments in Dutch graphic art.
Works from the collection may be borrowed by TU/e employees, who can select one or more works to hang them up in their rooms or elsewhere inside their Departments.
