About the course

Spanish is a worldwide used language. Not only is it spoken in Spain but also in most Latin American countries. By learning Spanish students can go abroad for internships in many Spanish speaking countries. Or find a job in such a country. But it is also helpful for instance during your holidays or when you have contacts with companies.

After this training you are familiar with the Spanish language in several situations.

  • daily life: contact with friends and family, spare time, hobbies etc.;
  • public sector: contacts with companies or other institutions;
  • work related situations;
  • education.

You will be able to communicate about everyday subjects in a simple manner, assuming that the other person speaks slowly and clearly. You can introduce yourself and ask and answer questions about personal matters such as where you live, who you know and things you own.

All skills are practiced during this course but the main focus is on speaking the language. During the course we only speak Spanish so you are actively working involved. Besides the contact hours you must take into account 2 to 3 hours study at home. During the exams there will not be any courses so you can focus on your exams.
