Why am I not successful in creating an account in “(H)eerlijk Parkeren”?

This can have several causes. Please make sure that you register your date of birth in the correct manner and do not forget the dashes: So: YYYY-MM-DD, for example: 1978-06-05.

It is also possible that you have not received an e-mail on March 25, 2015. If this is the case, your parking pass is not known to the system due to reasons unknown. If so, please send an e-mail to parking@tue.nl in which you note that you are a TU/e employee, that you did not receive the mail on the new paid parking system, and that you cannot create an account. Please add the number of your campus card. You will then receive an answer.
