The Chemical Biology group is a research group within the department of Biomedical Engineering. The group is supervized by Prof.dr.ir. Luc Brunsveld.
In this group, research deals with chemical biology approaches to study protein-protein interactions. The two general lines that are being followed are supramolecular architecture and nuclear receptor-cofactor interaction.
Our group pursues supramolecular architectures as instruments to modulate protein-protein interactions.Read more
Nuclear receptor-cofactor interaction
The Nuclear Receptor – Cofactor interaction is being targeted as a model ‘drugable’ protein-protein interaction.Read more
14-3-3 Protein-Protein Interactions
Protein-protein interactions (PPIs) are at the basis of almost all biological processes. The interaction patterns play a crucial...Read more
