BMM: Smartcare & iValve

For a Dutch version, visit youtube), which are part of the BioMedical Materials Program (BMM). We also participate in this program with e.g. the 1Valve-project.
Our group has published two articles in the Journal of Visualized Experiments (JOVE):
- Engineering Fibrin-based Tissue Constructs from Myofibroblasts and Application of Constraints and Strain to Induce Cell and Collagen Reorganization by Nicky de Jonge, Frank P.T. Baaijens, and Carlijn V.C. Bouten.

Het Klokhuis is a Dutch TV-show that featured some of our researchers and our labs in the episode on 'Growth'.
NOS is a highly reputed public Dutch television broadcasting foundation that focusses on news and its background stories. The news broadcast of Monday June 2nd featured an item called 'Dode hartklep komt weer tot leven' (dead heart valve comes back to life) which was largely shot in our lab. The item can be read and viewed at the NOS website (Dutch only).
