Smart mobility aims to tackle major mobility challenges through applying novel technologies, such as sensing, big, data, internet of things and ubiquitous computing. Focus is on two aspects; the automotive domain and novel interactions and interactive materials (in amongst others car interiors).
The projects of this squad focus on the transition to driving in autonomous cars, and how the interaction, experience and dialogue with the car changes but also fuel-efficient vehicles, change from ownership to use and connectivity in mobility.
