If you have the nationality of one of the countries in the list mentioned below, you do not have to undergo a tuberculosis (TB) test. Fill in 'No' on the confirmation statement.
If you have the nationality of a country not mentioned on the list below, you will be required by the local health authority in Eindhoven to undergo a tuberculosis (TB) test. Please fill in 'Yes' in the confirmation statement so that the international office can make an appointment for you after your arrival in Eindhoven.
Keep in mind that needing to take the test depends on your nationality and not on the country you are living. Only if you have an EU residence permit with no end date, you do not need to take the test.
The TB test is an x-ray picture of your lungs and takes about 10 minutes. It is free of charge and an appointment will be made for you. The GGD (Dutch Health Service) will correspond the outcome of the test directly to the IND. This test cannot be taken before your arrival to the Netherlands.
