Enrolment conditions Summerschool
After the summer holidays you will be in your final school year, have an N&T or N&G profile with Math B and Physics. You are motivated and have an interest in chemistry/chemical engineering.
Your teacher has approved your participation and you will have enrolled before 20 May 2017 using the enrolment form as well as sending a personal motivation mail within a week of enrolling (but no later than 20 May 2017 if you enroll in the final week).
Your actual enrolment is only effected by sending a personal motivation mail (of around half an A4) to firstname.lastname@example.org in which you state why you wish to participate in the high-school leavers working week. After 20 May you will receive confirmation or whether you can participate or not.
After the summer holidays the pupil enters his or her final school year, with an N&T or N&G profile with Math B and Physics. The pupil may, with the teacher’s approval, enroll before 20 May 2017 using the digital enrolment form. Each pupil must fill in a separate enrolment form and we also expect each pupil to send a personal motivation mail within a week of enrolling (but no later than 20 May 2017 if enrolling in the final week).
Maximum of two pupils
If your pupils wish to work as a duo on a project in connection with the profile assignment, they must indicate this on the enrolment form. If the pupils are not registered as duos, pupils from the same school will be divided between different projects. It is important that the pupils enroll in good time. If pupils cannot be differentiated by their motivation mail, the date of enrolment and sending of the motivation mail will be leading in placement decisions for the high-school leavers working week.
Due to the limited number of places, we have decided to restrict each school to two pupils. However, two additional pupils may be enrolled as reserves and participate if the maximum number of participants is not reached. We therefore recommend you to allow only highly motivated students to enroll!
After 20 May you and your pupils will hear whether they may participate.
