The heart of the group is formed by our micro-manufacturing facilities and development. The focus is on out-of-cleanroom technologies such as laser micro-manufacturing, soft lithography, on-foil processing, and printing. These technologies are developed and applied in our state-of-the-art microfab lab, which is the micro-manufacturing center for the TU/e. In addition, we have access to the Nanolab@TU/e cleanroom in case we need nanoscopic structuring techniques.
