Non-scientific personnel

Besides people with a scientific function, a large number of employees work in support departments and services. Think of Personnel and Organisation, ICT, Housing, and Finance and Economic Affairs. Excellent research demands excellent support and service. In order to achieve this, our support departments have professionals who are aware of the latest insights in their field, which they can translate to applications for the TU/e.

Employees of support departments and services can count on support in their personal and professional development. Think of trainings and courses, both inside and outside the TU/e. Staff with administrative tasks within the TU/e are also eligible to follow a general management course. Personal development is often discussed during appraisal and assessment interviews.
