In order to achieve this, our support departments have professionals who are aware of the latest insights in their field, which they can translate to applications for the TU/e.
Employees of support departments and services can count on support in their personal and professional development. Think of trainings and courses, both inside and outside the TU/e. Staff with administrative tasks within the TU/e are also eligible to follow a general management course. Personal development is often discussed during appraisal and assessment interviews.
