Summer / Winter school entrepreneurship

During Summer/Winter School trainees or young academic professionals are challenged in small groups of 4 persons to come up with a business case, based on the idea of one of the participants. The business case will be presented to a jury at the end of the week. The groups will be coached by TU/e Innovation Lab staff.

Summer/Winter School introduces trainees or young academic professionals to the possibility to create their own job by starting a business themselves and becoming an entrepreneur. Through the Business Model Canvas they will learn more about value proposition, customer relationship management, resources, costs and revenues, etc.

The approach is highly hands-on. Each day there will be interesting presentations and discussions from people who are experts on the different topics that will be discussed. There remains enough time to work on the business case. The Summer/Winter School is rounded off with a social event.
