To be transparent about our expectations in collaborations, you can find the contracts that we use on this page. Students and staff can find Word versions of these documents on the ID intranet.
To make sure your information stays secure and in your control, you can find an NDA here. By agreeing to this NDA, the possibility to quickly start collaborating becomes possible. If you have specific wishes, or you want us to agree on your NDA, this will take more time as we have to check the document.
With the internship agreement (in Dutch only, stageovereenkomst), we make it easier for you to collaborate with one of our students. It should cover the most basic information and can be used by either you or the student.
This contract can be used when master (or bachelor) students execute their final project in cooperation with a company. Typically this is not an internship, where you completely decide what has to be done (and is strictly regulated by Dutch law), but a project where the student decides how to execute it. It is necessary that the end product of the project is assessed according to TU/e rules, and that the result will be known and can be shared and archived for educational (and assessment) purposes.
For larger collaborations with us, we have the so-called “squad” projects. In this agreement you can already see what we expect for a large part.
