The HRM support service is TU/e's main supplier of all HRM support including Occupational Health, Safety and Radiation. It is one of the service departments of TU/e. We offer support for the nine academic departments and JADS, as well as for the ten service departments, Innovation Space, and the Institutes.
The employee and manager journey forms the basis of the HRM our service portfolio. The employee journey which starts before an employee is employed by the TU/e (inflow), while they are employed (throughflow), until the end-of-their-contract and beyond (outflow) forms the basis on which HRM services, activities and processes are organized.
