Innovation Management master program celebrates 1,000 graduate

Sonja Rispens, program director of the master's program Innovation Management at IE&IS, is delighted to announce the milestone of 1,000 graduates. The program, renowned for fostering global talent, focuses on designing innovative solutions that balance people, planet, and profit, crucial for sustainable progress in today's innovation landscape.
28 nationalities
Over the years, students from 28 nationalities have contributed to the program's success, making it truly international. Each graduate brings unique perspectives and experiences, enriching the collaborative learning environment of the program.
Jeffrey Smink, the 1,000th graduate, completed his master's thesis research at ASML, a leading technology company. When asked about his experience, Jeffrey shared, "I conducted research on optimizing semiconductor manufacturing processes at ASML. It was fascinating to work on cutting-edge technology and see the impact of my research firsthand."
Real-world innovation
Reflecting on the program's impact, Sonja Rispens stated, "We are proud to see so many students conducting their master's theses with industry partners, enhancing real-world innovation. Our graduates are equipped to address key societal and business challenges through innovative strategies."
