Warehouses increasingly use technology to sort, pack and label products. It sounds like a great solution for everyone. But is it really? What does it mean for people on the workplace, for example?
Work and Organizational Psychologist Ziagul Hosseini investigates the impact of (new) technologies among logistics workers. She is currently pursuing her PhD at the Human Performance Management group, looking at the impact of technology on employees in logistics. Among other things, she talks about how this affects workers.
