Luxisens Technologies has been able to innovate using optical fiber sensor technology for un-obtrusive monitoring and this could help care providers to improve the care for newborns, elderly homes and host of other medical applications. This novel optical two-dimensional pressure sensing system for real-time movement monitoring and more is unique to the market and able to provide high sensitivity and reliable data. The initial results are promising and currently being evaluated / validated at a leading medical institution.
