The dedicated course offerings for support staff are tailored to TU/e’s strategy, to our policies, to up-and-coming issues, and to real professional challenges that you may face. You can enroll in courses focused on the development areas below. By training alongside other TU/e colleagues, you will learn from each other and expand your TU/e network.

TU/e offers a wide range of trainings in both subject matter and length. You can take part in one-day refreshers or boosts, deepen your knowledge during several intensive sessions or transform during 9 or 18 month talent programs. Please find some more information and examples below.

TU/e Opportunity Program

Every two years, TU/e offers 6 to 12 candidates the opportunity to participate in this 18-month talent program. The aim of the program is to offer ambitious high-potentials the opportunity and facilities to develop more quickly and possibly grow to a higher or more demanding (management) position. During the TOP program the participants strengthen their qualities as managers or project leaders, under the guidance of two inspiring coaches.

LIBRE Leadership Program

The Leadership program in the Brainport region Eindhoven (abbreviated LIBRE) is for highly educated, enthusiastic and curious people, who have the ambition to contribute authentically and meaningfully to the Brainport ecosystem by collaborating with cross-disciplinary colleagues. All training days take place at different locations in the Brainport region, which optimally connects theory and practice. The participants are composed of individuals from industry, government, knowledge institutions and social partners. Together, participants exchange interests, motivations and experiences while working together on a challenging assignment, which helps them to gain new knowledge and quickly build networks.

TU/e Inspiration Program

The TU/e Inspiration Program (TIP) is a 9-month development course for ambitious support staff employees who wish to further challenge themselves, both personally and professionally. TIP is intended for enthusiastic talents who show a high degree of involvement and investment in their own (work) environment. During the process, the participants work on themes that are important in their professional life and learn self-reflection skills along the way to better understand their own impact and influence.
