All Terrain is a student sports association which mainly focuses on outdoor sports.

All Terrain is a student sports association which mainly focuses on outdoor sports. We do mountain biking, (obstacle)running, climbing, mountaineering, canoeing, and orienteering. We train up to three times a week, mountain biking or orienteering on Monday and survival/obstacle running training on Wednesday and Friday. Besides training, we also organize many weekend getaways during which we go camping somewhere out in nature. Furthermore, we organize courses on climbing techniques, knotting, canoeing and bushcraft, and a wide variety of other (social) activities. Do you like being active and would you rather be enjoying the fresh outside air instead of sitting inside in the gym? Then feel free to join one of our Training sessions.

SURVIVALRUNS

In a survivalrun running (on various different types of terrains) is combined with obstacles. Often technique and souplesse are more important than strength. Besides the obstacles which you must complete, you are in a constant battle against the elements. The weather conditions and the terrain play an important role here.

Adventure racing

An adventure race consists of various different disciplines, mountain biking, canoeing and running are always present in an adventure race. During the race you and your team try to locate various points on a map within the given time. Besides being a physical challenge it therefore also poses a mental challenge.

OUTDOOR WEEKENDS

Besides doing survivalruns and adventure races we also organise many outdoor weekends in which do a variety of different outdoor activities. Mountain biking, climbing and hiking are among the options. During our introduction weekend in November we often plan various activities.
