r – What should I do if I cannot come to the selection day because I am abroad (for example, for work, vacation or gap year)?

If you want to start in September 2024, you are required to take part in the selection day. If you are unable to participate in the selection day, you must submit a request to be considered for the exception procedure. This request must be supported by documentary evidence and submitted to the Director ESA by January 31, 2024 11.59 pm at selection@remove-this.tue.nl. An exception because you are abroad for e.g. vacation, work or gap year, will only be granted if you had booked and/or arranged this before 1 October 2023.
