Developing innovation-projects within a public-private context is the number one thing that gives me energy. Definitely when there is chaos and complexity within these projects and where things don?t get done by themselves. I believe that joy and performance are two things that go hand in hand. When a great performance has to be made, in cooperation with others, in very limited timeframe, I feel at my very best.
