RESEARCH PROFILE
Giulia Ferrandi is a Doctoral Candidate at Eindhoven University of Technology, in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science. She works on the European project BIGMATH under the supervision of prof. Michiel Hochstenbach (TU/e) and prof. Alessandra Micheletti (Unimi). Her main interests are Statistics, Linear Algebra and Optimization applied to statistical problems.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Giulia Ferrandi studied at Università degli Studi di Milano, in the Department of Mathematics, from Sept. 2012 to Feb. 2018. During her master degree, she focused on Probability and Statistics. She briefly taught in High School and spent some months in industry.
